Re: Cycling Facilities on New Street between Martha Street and Guelph Line

Please be advised that the Transportation Services Department has prepared a report recommending the reconfiguration of New Street between Martha Street and Guelph Line to include two through vehicle lanes, a centre two way left turn lane with enhanced sharrows and an on-road bike lane as per Option 3 in report TS-08-14.
This report will be considered by the Development and Infrastructure Committee at its meeting on Monday, June 16, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers. The staff report will be available on the City’s website at www.burlington.ca/agendasandminutes approximately one week before the meeting.Members of the public who wish to address the Development and Infrastructure Committee may register as a delegation by using our online registration form at www.burlington.ca/delegations .
