BURLINGTON, ON – During a month-long celebration of literature, Burlington Public Library, together with participating partners, welcomes authors, celebrates books, and visits with local and national literary treasures at the 1st annual Burlington Literary Festival (BurlLitFest). All sessions are virtual this year and are free to attend; registration is open. The Festival runs throughout November during National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo).
"Burlington has a great reputation for being a community of readers, so with November being National Novel Writing Month, it’s also the perfect time to have a literary celebration. We’re very excited to work with our partners to bring such a fantastic lineup of writers and workshops to the community in Burlington Literary Festival’s inaugural year." -- Lita Barrie, CEO, Burlington Public Library
