Burlington Economic Development Launches new InvestBurlington.ca website to Better Serve Businesses Online & Continue to Attract new Investment to the Community
*Please see below a media release issued by Burlington Economic Development.November 4, 2020 – Burlington, ON – Today, Burlington Economic Development is pleased to announce the launch of its newly-redesigned website, InvestBurlington.ca.With a focus on storytelling and user experience, the new website features dedicated pages for Burlington’s key sectors and easy to navigate tools and resources that provide all of the qualitative and quantitative information businesses and investors need to locate or grow a business in Burlington. The site also features a number of success stories and testimonials from businesses that call Burlington home.

The new InvestBurlington.ca website is seen as a pivotal enabler for achieving the goals laid out in the City’s strategic plan and the first focus area of the City of Burlington’s Vision to Focus work plan: Increasing Economic Prosperity and Community Responsive Growth Management. The COVID-19 pandemic also intensified the need for a stronger digital presence since customer service, as well as investment attraction has shifted online.

The new site also provides information on how Burlington Economic Development is continuing to support businesses through the COVID-19 pandemic, including the Burlington Economic Recovery Network, Digital Service Squad and Burlington Safe Restart grant program.
