Burlington MPP Asking for Residents' Input on Regional Government Review
The office of Burlington MPP Jane McKenna has put together an online survey asking for feedback from local residents regarding the Province's Regional Government Review. The questions revolve around what you would like to see happen as a result of the review; and how the Province can improve our local municipal government and across Halton Region. The survey, which will be available until May 31, states the feedback received will be shared with Premier Doug Ford and the advisory board that is conducting the Regional Government Review, and MPP McKenna will also present a summary of the results from the survey in the Ontario Legislature.MY TAKE:We don't know where the Province's Regional Government Review, so it's important that Burlington residents are proactive in sharing their views, feedback and where they stand with the Province. I invite the public to get involved and engage with this opportunity by reaching out to your local MPP, protecting what you love and value about the current local and regional structure, and ensuring your voice is heard.ADDITIONAL RELATED POSTS:
