Burlington’s Splash Pads & Outdoor Pools Opening Soon

*Please see below a news release issued by the City of Burlington.Burlington, Ont. — May 18, 2023 — In time for the Victoria Day long weekend, the City’s nine splashpads opened last Saturday (May 20). The splash pads will stay open until the fall.Splash pads are located throughout the city and are free to use. To find a splash pad near you, visit burlington.ca/splashpads

LaSalle and the splash pads are great options for smaller kids while the full-sized pools offer fun swims, lap swims and lessons for kids and adults. Outdoor PoolsNelson Pool and Splash Park (4235 New St.) will be opening June 3 with a modified schedule of select weekday morning and weekends until daily programming starts on July 1.LaSalle Wading Pool and Splash Park (50 North Shore Blvd.) will be opening on June 17, with modified hours of 12:30 to 4 p.m. until June 30 when daily programming begins.Mountainside Pool and Splash Park’s (2205 Mount Forest Dr.) revitalization will be completed in time for the summer.
