Cogeco Video: City removes signs at Martha/Lakeshore; smaller signs return

In response to questions from residents, city bylaw staff investigated the signage at Martha & Lakeshore, site of a proposed 28-storey building which is the subject of an Ontario Municipal Board hearing in March 2016. Staff determined the signs did not comply with our bylaw, gave ample notice to comply, then removed the signs when they were not taken down voluntarily.Residents may have noticed that smaller signs have reappeared on the site over the weekend.
