The city is reviewing an application from ADI Development Group for a 28-storey building at Martha & Lakeshore and wants to hear from residents. These include including insufficient parking, poor design with a wall of parking garage at the second floor and above, significant sun shadowing of area residents, insufficient hydro and challenges with storm water management.
