Nominate someone for a Junior League Communtiy Leadership AwardDeadline: April 28The Junior League of Hamilton-Burlington (JLHB) is accepting nominations until April 28, for its 2015 Community Leadership Award to be presented at the League’s Annual Awards dinner on May 28, 2015.The award recognizes women who, through their leadership and commitment to volunteerism, make Burlington and/or Hamilton a better place for women to live and work.  The awards are open to any woman 18 years of age or older, living in the Hamilton-Burlington area who:•    actively volunteers in the community•    demonstrates outstanding initiative in the JLHB’s focus area of young women affected by poverty•    demonstrates leadership skills•    motivates others to be involved and volunteer in the communityThe nomination form for the Junior League of Hamilton-Burlington’s Community Leadership Award as well as details for the Awards Dinner are available at www.juniorleague.ca or by contacting the League office at 289-337-9526.
