Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving and unity that takes place annually after the Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping events.It's a day that encourages generosity among community members.Halton Gives, the local civic movement of Giving Tuesday, is inviting all Halton residents, charities, and businesses to join them in demonstrating the power of kindness and generosity on Dec. 1, 2020.To learn more, Halton Gives is hosting several information sessions for specific groups:

  • Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 1 p.m. -- Session for Businesses;
  • Thursday, Oct. 29 at 1 p.m. -- Session for New Participants (charitable, not-for-profit, community organizations, and individuals); and
  • Friday, Oct. 30 at 1 p.m. -- Session for Returning Partners.
