Give Your Feedback on Burlington's MTSA Preliminary Preferred Precinct Plans Around GO Station Areas

The public can now view the City of Burlington's Preliminary Preferred Precinct Plans for our Major Transit Station Areas (MTSA) -- around our 3 GO stations -- and give their feedback on Get Involved Burlington.Click here to view the preferred plans and here for the City of Burlington news release for more details on the upcoming virtual public meetings:

Each document gives a snapshot of the key highlights of each MTSA Preliminary Preferred Precinct Plan, a preliminary vision and an overview of each precinct, including proposed building heights and built form elements.A number of things have changed since the draft precinct plans were presented to the public and Burlington City Council in 2018. The drivers of the key changes that have been made or are being considered are also highlighted in each plan.Feedback on each MTSA Preliminary Preferred Precinct Plan is being accepted until  Friday, Nov. 5, 2021.VIRTUAL PUBLIC MEETINGS:City staff will also be hosting virtual Public Information Centres to get feedback about these preliminary preferred precinct plans, including the overall vision for each area, land uses, building heights and urban design considerations.
