Mayor Meed Ward’s Weekly Update: Jan 25-31, 2021

Good morning Burlington,Lots going on this week as always! Yesterday I met with the Top Aggregate Producing Municipalities of Ontario at their winter meeting, and today includes joining my fellow Halton Mayors and Regional Chair for meetings with 6 different provincial ministers as part of the ROMA: Rural Ontario Municipalities Association annual conference. I'll be touching base with select staff and councillors as well as community groups on several items, and finish the week with some AMO (Association of Municipalities of Ontario) board meetings and a local virtual event.I'll also be preparing for next Monday's annual State of the City address and look forward to connecting with many people in our community for that.
