Hello Burlington,Due to the devastating finding of the remains of 215 children at the Kamloops Residential School in B.C., flags at City Hall and local fire stations have been lowered to half-mast for 9 days to reflect 1 hour for each of the 215 children found.All other ceremonial flag raisings will be paused until then.
