Good Morning Burlington,It's always good to start a Monday with some sunshine and brisk fall weather!Another busy week ahead with our monthly City Council meeting tomorrow (as always, live tweeted by my staff), and some notable pre-application meetings to mention:1062-1074 Cooke Boulevard on Wednesday at 7:00 pm789-795 Brant Street on Thursday at 7:00 pmPre-application meetings with the public are an important part of the development process and take place before the development application is submitted to the city.After meeting with City and Regional staff, the property owner/developer will host a consultation meeting for residents and businesses within 120 metres of the proposed development location (300 metres in the rural area).
