Milton Logistics Hub Project Environmental Assessment Report Released – Federal Government to Decide

*Please see the media release below, issued by the Region of Halton.The Regional Municipality of HaltonFor Immediate ReleaseJanuary 28, 2020On January 27, 2020, the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada released on its public website a copy of the report by the federal review panel regarding CN’s proposed truck-rail hub in Milton.The Panel determined that CN’s project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects on air quality and human health. The Review Panel Report will now be reviewed by the Minister of Environment and Climate Change and the federal Cabinet.
