Attending the Municipal Summit on OMB reform in May.The province has announced a review of the Ontario Municipal Board, and is seeking in put on a range of items including jurisdiction - what items should (and shouldn't) be heard by the board. I'm bringing a resolution to committee and council July 12 seeking no appeals of approved Official Plans & Zoning Bylaws.
