Preliminary concept for Elgin St promenade released; public meeting in May

Elgin Promenade Draft March 2 2016Attached is a preliminary concept drawing of the first phase of the Elgin Promenade. It will be shared with affected property owners and the Burlington Downtown Burlington Business Association in the near future. The first phase of the Elgin Promenade is funded by contributions from the Canada 150 Community Improvement Program, the Burlington Downtown Business Association (BDBA) and the 2016 Capital Budget. Staff will hold a public open house on the project in May 2016.
