Public open house Nov. 14 for proposed development at 441 Maple Ave. (Maple Villa)

Better Life Retirement Residence Inc, the owners of the retirement residence Maple Villa, are planning to submit a development application to the City of Burlington for a proposed new facility at 441 Maple Ave, the current location of Maple Villa.Before the application is submitted, Better Life is looking to gather feedback from the public about the proposed development concept at an open house on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018.The current development concept proposes the redevelopment of the Maple Villa site to have an 11-storey residential building with 163 units.
