The Statutory Public Meeting for the development application at 5353 Lakeshore Road has been rescheduled to Tuesday, April 9 at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers. You do not have to register in advance to speak at a statutory public meeting.The meeting was previously set for Feb. 12, but cancelled due to weather concerns.Planning Application Proposal:
- 900 new residential units, 2,700 square metres of office space and 11, 955 square metres of service commercial and retail uses with 1,350 parking surface and underground parking spaces
- Access will be maintained from Kenwood Avenue, Hampton Heath Road and Lakeshore Road
