Save the Date! Free "Chat 'n Chew" Community BBQ Fri. June 9, Lion's Club Park

Who doesn't love free food, activities and exhibits, to kick off the weekend! Learn about what is happening in our community, meet and mingle with your neighbours, pick up a piece of wood or sapling from the willows from Spencer Smith Park, and learn about Joseph Brant Hospital Foundation’s Join the J Community Challenge.I am sponsoring a community-led Chat 'n Chew in Ward 2:Date: Friday, June 9Time: 5pm-8:30pmPlace: Lion's Club Park & Community Hall (rain/heat backup), 471 Pearl StFree food will be provided to the first 400 people, thanks to our downtown restaurants The Coop, Coffee Culture, MollyCake, and Bodhi Bar. Vegetarian options available.Seating is limited so bring a blanket or chair.Volunteer: Want to volunteer as part of the planning team? We could use your help.
