Have your say: Burlington's Active Aging Plan

Take the surveyCity staff are gathering feedback on a plan to keep older adults involved and active in the community. If you're a resident 55 years of age or older, or you support someone who is, we'd like to hear about your needs and perspectives around leisure, transportation, civic participation, city communications, respect and social inclusion.The city welcomes all perspectives regardless of background, ability, level of activity or mobility. We encourage families, friends or caregivers of seniors who live alone or are isolated to help these individuals complete the survey so that their voice can be heard.
