Spring into Health with Fun, New Community Challenges

*Please see below a news release issued by the City of Burlington.Burlington, Ont. — March 9, 2021 — The City of Burlington is launching the Spring into Health Challenge. From March to May, residents can join two-week mini-challenges designed to get individuals and families moving and having fun. Each team will consist of two households who will work together but in their own homes or outside to complete the daily challenges. New challenges are issued every day for 14 days.

Our team has put together some great sets of two-week challenges that are suitable for all people to enjoy. Teams that complete all the daily challenges are entered into a draw for gift cards to the Royal Botanical Gardens and SAIL.To enter the challenge, download and register the Goosechase app, enter the game code number and follow the instructions to complete the registration.Challenges Dates:

  • March 14 to 27, 2021 - Mental Health Top Up (game code # ZDZVMJ)
  • April 11 to 24, 2021 - 14 Day Fitness Fix (game code # QM59P9)
  • May 16 to 29, 2021 - Nourishing Nature (game code # 8ZPR8W)
