A Statutory Public Meeting for the Planning and Development Committee on Tuesday, Feb. 12 will discuss and consider the development application for a mixed-use development application with heights ranging from one to eight storeys at the current site of Lakeside Plaza, 5353 Lakeshore Rd.Planning Application Proposal:
- 900 new residential units, 2,700 square metres of office space and 11, 955 square metres of service commercial and retail uses with 1,350 parking surface and underground parking spaces
- Access will be maintained from Kenwood Avenue, Hampton Heath Road and Lakeshore Road
