A copy of the notice is provided via the link above and further down this post.The City of Burlington has set up a pre-application project webpage for this site at www.burlington.ca/ticocreek.PUBLIC NOTICE:To Owner/OccupantVirtual Pre-application Community Meeting1215 Appleby Line Holdings Inc. is hosting a virtual pre-application community meeting to discuss a proposal to amend the Zoning By-law for lands located at 5030-5045 Tico Creek Common situated east of Appleby Line, south of Mainway. The owner proposes an increase in Mixed Use Building Maximum Gross Floor Area and to expand Retail Store permissions for the proposed buildings (Buildings A and B) on the subject lands. The proposed buildings are shown on the Development Concept Plan on the reverse. No application has been submitted at this time, and the City has not made any decisions on this proposal.This pre-application community meeting is the first step in a review of the proposal. The purpose of the meeting is to address key questions and obtain community feedback prior to the submission of any development application.During the meeting, the applicant will provide an overview of the proposal and City Planning staff will provide anoverview of the development application review process and how the public can be involved. There will also be aquestion and answer component about the various aspects of the proposal and the planning process.Ward 5 Councillor Paul Sharman will be in attendance to listen to the discussion.Meeting Agenda:
