There is a virtual pre-application community meeting hosted by Infinity Development Group for a proposed development at 1396 Guelph Line in Ward 3 on Wednesday, March 23 from 7-9 p.m.A public notice for a Pre-Application Meeting for 1396 Guelph Line was mailed out to all property owners within 120 metres of the property. This is your chance to give your input and help shape a future application.PUBLIC NOTICE:To Owner/OccupantRe: Pre-Application Consultation Virtual Meeting for 1396 Guelph LineInfinity Development Group (the “Owner”) is hosting a virtual pre-application community meeting to discuss a proposal to demolish the existing building located at 1396 Guelph Line and replace it with an 11-storey residential apartment building. In total, the proposed redevelopment will facilitate the creation of 254 new residential units, 254 vehicular parking spaces, and 164 bicycle parking spaces.No application has been received and no decision has been made by the City. Public comments may be directed to the applicant at this time. Once a complete application has been received the public will be notified, and comments will be received by city staff. This Consultation meeting is the first step in a comprehensive review of the draft proposal. The purpose of the consultation meeting is for the Owner to address key questions and obtain community feedback early in the process.During the meeting, the Owner will provide an overview of the proposal and City Staff will provide an overview of the development application review process and how the public can be involved. There will also be a question and-answer component about the various aspects of the proposal and the planning process. Mayor Marianne Meed Ward and Ward 3 Councillor Rory Nisan will be in attendance to listen to the discussion.Meeting Agenda:
