Five hour on-street parking and overnight parking year-round in city lots downtown are among the changes to city parking being proposed by city staff. If approved, the changes would take effect in April 2014. The proposals will be discussed at the Development & Infrastructure Committee Dec. 2, 6:30pm, City Hall.
