Burlington Launches “Buy Canadian” Resource Webpage

In response to the threats of US tariffs, I have asked staff to create and launch a “Buy Canadian” webpage, a comprehensive resource designed to empower Burlingtonians to support Canadian businesses and workers. I am proud to share the website is now live!

This initiative provides valuable information on how each of us can contribute to strengthening our local and national economy by choosing Canadian-made products and services, featuring information about tariffs, what they are, and why they’re used as well as how to read a product label to know the difference between “Made in Canada”, “Product of Canada”, “Produced in Canada” and “100% Canadian Made”.
