City of Burlington updating its delivery, tracking and prioritizing of customer requests to optimize customer service delivery and improve your experience

Here at Burlington City Hall, we recently began implementing new customer service technology and supporting processes to help serve our community faster and more effectively.This system has already started incorporating emails that come in to the Mayor's Office through the dedicated email address Mayor@burlington.ca, as well as new emails to reach your councillors:

Other departments at City Hall will be incorporated in the months ahead.The technology and processes will allow us to track your questions and input, and make sure it gets to the right department for a speedy response.
