Maple Avenue scheduled for reconstruction beginning Fall 2018 to end of 2019

Maple Avenue is scheduled for what classified as a "minor reconstruction" beginning in in fall of 2018 and extending to the end of 2019.

Work on Maple includes:

• Asphalt resurfacing
• Localized curb and gutter replacement
• Localized sidewalk replacement
• Median replacement
• Storm Sewer spot repair
• Watermain and service replacement
• Trunk Wastewater main installation

Work on adjacent streets includes:

Ontario Street:

• Full depth asphalt replacement
• Localized curb and gutter replacement
• Localized sidewalk replacement
• Watermain and service replacement

Richmond Road:

• Asphalt resurfacing
• Localized curb and gutter replacement
• Localized sidewalk replacement
• Storm sewer spot repair

Tentative Project Schedule & Budget:

• Tender Close: Summer 2018
• Construction: Fall 2018 – End of 2019
