Mayor Meed Ward’s Weekly Update: June 7-13, 2021

Hello Burlington,I hope you all enjoyed the heat and sunshine this weekend. We know our waterfront parks and beaches have been very busy, and some issues have arisen with loud late-night crowds and garbage. Rest assured we are working with staff and police on solutions to ensure this summer is enjoyable and safe for everyone who visits and lives in the area.This week is committee week, starting today with Corporate Services, Strategy, Risk and Accountability Committee, then tomorrow with Community Planning, Regulation & Mobility Committee, then Audit Committee on Wednesday, and Environment, Infrastructure & Community Services Committee on Thursday.
