Report Recommending Approval for 4417 Spruce Ave File Coming to Burlington Committee Meeting May 14
Residents are invited to attend a public meeting at Burlington City Hall where a recommendation report for a development proposal at 4407 and 4417 Spruce Ave. will be presented on Tuesday, May 14 at the Planning and Development Committee.Applicant Zarin Homes originally submiteed a proposal request to allow a 0.3-ha (0.74-acre) portion of the church property to be subdivided into five lots for single detached dwellings. Reductions in lot area and lot width for the proposed lots, and in setbacks and parking for the place of worship were also proposed.Since then, the developer has revised the proposal to four lots that comply with zoning regulations, and to allow for reductions in setbacks to the place of worship.City staff are recommending approval — I will add a link to the report once it is made available online on the City's website.
