Seniors Without Walls program aims to engage isolated seniors

Picture yourself at home on your sofa engaging with other seniors by phone. Connecting isolated seniors by phone and giving them an opportunity to join in and share information, be entertained, and have an opportunity to socialize, is the primary purpose of a new program called Seniors Without Walls. The program is free to users. Register here: Seniors Without WallsThe first session will begin Sept. 26.The program is being launched by the Burlington Seniors Community Inc., an incorporated non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the well-being of Burlington’s diverse and growing community of seniors (I serve as a non-voting member of the board).
