A copy of the notice is provided via the link and further down this post.The City of Burlington has set up a pre-application project webpage for this site at www.burlington.ca/5041fairview.PUBLIC NOTICE:WESTON CONSULTING planning + urban designTo Owner/OccupantPre-application Consultation Virtual MeetingOn behalf of Fairview GO Ltd., Weston Consulting is hosting a virtual pre-application community meeting to discuss a proposal to redevelop the property located at 5041 Fairview Street.The proposed development would consist of a mixed-use development consisting of two 20-storey residential towers, with commercial and office space provided on the first two storeys. A total of 2,982.4 square metres of commercial space is proposed and a total of 390 residential units.If Fairview GO Ltd. chooses to pursue this redevelopment, it would require an amendment to the City of Burlington Official Plan and Zoning By-Law. The current Official Plan designation of the site is Mixed-Use Corridor Employment, and the current Zoning is Mixed Use Corridor (MXE).No development applications have been submitted to the City of Burlington at this time, and the City has not made any decisions on this proposal.A Pre-Application Community meeting has been scheduled to discuss this potential redevelopment, so that the public can provide feedback to Fairview GO Ltd. at this early stage.
