The Burlington Lions Club/Reach Out Centre for Kids at Pearl & James are doing construction work now till 2015: they are repairing walkways and patio areas; they will also be seeking a minor variance to convert a current asphalt covered loading/unloading zone to five parking spaces, and add an additional four spaces.
