Burlington COVID-19 Task Force Meeting 16

Last week we held the 16th meeting of the Burlington COVID-19 Task Force and our last one for the calendar year since the pandemic began. We spoke about COVID-19 numbers in Burlington and Halton, our hospital capacity, ongoing business supports, and the many philanthropic activities taking place throughout Burlington. This time of year, it is more important than ever to help our charitable organizations support those in our community who need it. From the Gift of Giving Back to Food for Life to the United Way and Burlington Community Foundation, there is no shortage of groups doing everything they can to keep people safe, sheltered, and fed through this pandemic. It warms my heart every time we meet and I cannot thank them enough for the vital work they and their countless volunteers do for everyone in our city.Read the full highlights here: Burlington COVID-19 Task Force Meeting 16 RELATED LINKS:
