New development application received for Clearview Avenue in Burlington's Ward 1
A new development application for a six-storey residential apartment in Ward 1 has been received at the City of Burlington.The application, submitted by MHBC Planning Ltd. is calling for a six-storey building with 160 units and a total of 203 vehicle parking spaces with 154 spaces underground and 49 spaces at grade level. Vehicle access to the site is proposed from two driveways off Masonry Court with one entrance into the underground parking garage on the west side of the building.The building is also proposed to be terraced back from the third to the sixth floor on the east side abutting St. Matthew’s Avenue.
