There is a developer-led pre-application consultation meeting scheduled on Jan. 22 regarding a potential 10-storey building at 62, 66 and 70 Plains Rd. E. The building is looking to have approximately 121 residential units.The site currently contains three single-detached dwellings and is designated as Residential Medium Density. An Official Plan (OP) Amendment and Rezoning would be required to permit the proposed development. No applications have been submitted at this time.The pre-application consultation meeting, hosted by Bousfields on behalf of Infinity Group, will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2020 at East Plains United Church, 375 Plains Rd.
